Become an Multicultural Club Officer
We will be having elections to choose the club's new officers! This is a great opportunity for all of you to take the lead and make an awesome impact in our club, our college, and our community. Being a Club Officer provides you with a great amount of experience in planning events, budgeting, team work, public speaking, and many other experiences that would look great in your resume! If interested in becoming an Officer, do not miss this opportunity.These are the positions we will be voting on and their responsibilities:
* President: Conduct club meetings, work closely with faculty/staff advisor(s) to plan a course of action for the club and help organize/coordinate the logistics for every event. The President shall set meeting agendas and facilitate the management of club budgets alongside the faculty/staff advisor(s).
* Vice President: Assist the President in club duties as needed, such as those responsibilities listed above. Also, the Vice President shall be primarily responsible for the club’s marketing strategies and communications.

* Secretary: Record meeting minutes and act as club historian. Historian aspects shall include ensuring that the following club aspects are documented and saved in an easily accessible manner for future reference: photographs and videos of club events, detailed descriptions of club meetings and events, and any changes to club management or structure.
* Event Assistants: Help the Club with organizing, planning and conducting events and meetings both in Lawrenceville campus and Alpharetta North-Fulton Campus.
These are the main requirements to hold office:
a. All officers must attend at least 80% of club meetings and at least 50% of club events while holding office.
b. Officers wishing to vacate their positions before their term expires shall provide the faculty/staff advisor(s) with a written or typed Letter of Resignation at least 30 days from the time of their departure.
